E-commerce triumvirate Chrome Global is set to begin a marketing offensive in the Asia-Pacific, using a new partnership with Malaysian IT player Amtech Solutions.
The ASX-listed Chrome is the combined force of Western Australian IT companies OzEmail West, Chromium and Database Technology.
In a statement issued to the ASX yesterday, Chrome said it would take advantage of Amtech's existing networking infrastructure and customer base to pursue business opportunities in the health and court management sub-sectors of IT in Malaysia.
The company anticipates significant Malaysian demand for its eHealth e-commerce products.
According to the statement, Chrome, which claims an overall sales pipeline of $100 million, expects a massive 500 per cent revenue growth from the new arrangement.
The company is in discussions regarding similar arrangements in Singapore, the Philippines and India, the statement said.
Chrome plans to have its Malaysian operations underway by next month.
