British Airways Engineering has hired EDS to manage its desktop computers in a deal reportedly worth $US164.15 million over 10 years, officials said this week.
BA Engineering maintains and services aircraft for British Airways and 10 to 20 other airlines that fly out of London's Heathrow Airport. The shift to an outside vendor meant some BA employees were transferred from BA to EDS.
