Michelle Rachow has returned to NetComm following a five-year hiatus to assist with business and channel development in Western Australia.
Rachow said her initial focus will be to get 'back to basics,' with face-to-face meetings with customers and direct customer service. One of Netcomm's channel strategies in WA is to have distributors holding more stock in the state than previously.
"The lack of local servicing in WA has kept the quantity of stock being held low," Rachow claimed.
She will also be tasked with developing new sales strategies for resellers.
In the interim between Netcomm appointments, Rachow worked with BenQ and Anyware Computer Accessories. She has 10 years experience with NetComm as well as the vendor's subsidiary, Dynalink.
