The revamped Microsoft Partner Network in Australia has celebrated its first Birthday.
Changes to the old program were announced in November last year.
The network has 14,000 partners in Australia and 640,000 worldwide.
Microsoft Partner Network provides training, resources and support for channel partners in different technology areas including cloud computing.
Members can also join sub-communities, such as BizSpark or WebsiteSpark, to gain specialist skills.
According to the software vendor giant, it will spend $5.8 billion on the network in 2012 with Australian partners to receive new services.
“The Microsoft Partner Network has reinvigorated our partnership with Microsoft, since joining we’ve seen our customer base grow by 210 per cent,” Online Services Corporation CEO, Karl Redenbach, said in a statement.
Online Services Corporation was named Microsoft Australia’s 2011 Online Services Partner of the Year.
“Having access to this global network has made it easier for us to expand into new markets in Asia,” Redenbach said.
