Veeam held its first partner conference, VeeamOn, in Las Vegas recently to connect with partners and outline its business strategy.
Global CEO, Ratmir Timashev, spoke about the virtualisation and backup company’s roots, and how it has grown to the business it is today.
North American channel chief, Chris Moore, spoke about the expanding role of the channel for the vendor, while product strategy vice-president, Doug Hazelman, unveiled the company’s latest free software.
Also in attendance was alliances global vice-president, Rick Hoffman, APAC vice-president, Don Williams, and APAC technical director, Charles Clarke.
Australian partners R1i and ZettaGrid were in attendance, as well as customers such CBRE.
In addition to keynotes and seminars, an expo showcasing Veeam’s products and partners was held at the Cosmpolitan hotel where VeeamOn took place.
