UXC Keystone has partnered with BDNA to provide data-as-a-service (DaaS) for ServiceNow customers in Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ).
UXC Keystone is the largest ServiceNow partner in the region. The agreement is said to help new and existing customers get more from their service by gaining access to analytics across ServiceNow and legacy deployments.
ServiceNow assists with enterprise service management by automating and standardising business processes, as well as consolidating global IT to a single system of record.
UXC Keystone chief executive, Dion Williams, said IT is increasingly being asked to provide visibility and transparency into the costs of delivering ‘service’ and to benchmark against industry peers and other service providers.
He emphasised that the need to identify and track financial details of all assets, including dependency on current and future service provision, underpins the requirement for cost transparency.
“A key challenge though right now for IT asset management is identifying clean, normalised and relevant data as the data that feeds IT asset management systems comes from multiple discovery sources and systems, including the ServiceNow configuration management database.”
BDNA provides asset inventory; asset utilisation; renewal and upgrade decisions; software audits; vendor management; as well as risk and compliance.
