Cybersecurity specialist firm Webroot has ramped up its New Zealand presence, joining forces with Kiwi distributor Exeed to deliver cloud-based endpoint protection and collective threat intelligence.
Terms of the deal will provide retailers, IT resellers and managed service providers (MSPs) across New Zealand access to Webroot cloud-based big data analytics, automated machine learning and intelligent endpoint security to enhance home and business protection.

Asides from offer the Kiwi channel and MSP community “better protection and performance", Tye says the agreement aims to provide increased operating margins, reducing complexities associated with managing traditional security solutions.
In short, the strategic partnership enables Webroot to continue its well-document global expansion plans through Exeed's team of sales professionals in New Zealand.
