Cloud-based video communications company, BlueJeans Network, has released the Enterprise Video Cloud.

The new solutions offers a secure, global platform with extensible architecture that can engage up to 5000 attendees with one-click access to live, multipoint video.

The BlueJeans Relay for Room systems feature enables room deployments to be managed with calendar integration. The display shows scheduled meetings on a tablet controller so users can walk into various conference rooms and join with one touch.

Other key tools include the BlueJeans command centre that allows reporting and analytics and the option for public and private Cloud deployments.

Additionally, the solution enables on-ramp from workflow applications including Cisco Jabber, Atlassian HipChat and Slack. Companies can also use the BlueJeans API to add Cloud-powered video communications to their user’s everyday workflow applications.

“There is a transformation happening among business today. Face-to-face video is quickly rising as the preferred communications medium, offering new opportunities for deeper personal relations and outreach,” BlueJeans general manager and vice president, James Campanini, said.

BlueJeans has seen rapid growth since landing in the Australian market.

In 2015, more than 400 Australian businesses logged over 40,000 international video meetings on the Cloud-based service.

Campanini added, “We’re seeing our Australian team move from strength to strength securing some big win customer relationships including healthcare giant, Bupa, Swisse and St Vincent’s Hospital.”

BlueJeans was also used at the Football Federation Australia (FFA) media event. The FFA used BlueJeans video service to invite selected club members to contribute and watch the online press conference.

“The Live Meeting Control feature allows administrators to moderate and troubleshoot the conference from a central dashboard, which is a game-changer for managing an ever-increasing number of live video events,” Campanini said.
