Skyfii has expanded its deployment deal with restaurant chain Nando’s to include a further 400 global restaurants within the data analytics and marketing services company's three-year contract term.
This followed on from a trial with selected restaurants that included Australia with its IO Platform, which provides critical venue management insights such as dwell time, customer volumes and frequency of customer visits.
Incorporating IO Connect (data collection) and IO Insight (data analytics), the platform gives Nando’s the insight to improve its operational efficiency and overall customer experience.
Altogether, this will see Skyfii deploy its services across 520 Nando’s restaurants, representing a 40 per cent stake of its global network.
In June, the company signed a two-year master services agreement that saw Skyfii's SaaS deployed across 120 restaurants in Australia.
"As this relationship progresses, we look forward to the opportunity to expand our services across the entirety of Nando's Australian venues," Skyfii CEO, Wayne Arthur, said at the time of the deal.
Skyfii claims to be growing its presence in the quick service restaurant vertical having signed a three-year contract in both the UK and the US with a separate fast-food chain, covering 342 stores, more than one year ago.
In February, Skyfii reported a 51.7 per cent year-on-year retreat in losses for the six months ending 2017, citing new set up contracts within Australia.
