Dialog has been awarded a $3.9 million contract with the Department of Human Services (DHS) for IT services.
The nine months contract has 1 October as its start date and runs until June 2019.
"The contract is for a range of technical resources (CRM functional consultants, system analysts, Java and ABAP developers) to assist across a range of departmental initiatives," a spokesperson for the department told ARN.
DHS published the contract through the ICT Services Panel which has 83 suppliers, one of them being Dialog.
In August, Dialog won a $3.7 million contract with the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) to assist the AEC with a self-service platform intended to facilitate a range of political party and candidate interactions with the AEC across the electoral cycle.
Meanwhile in January, Dialog won a three-year deal worth just over $2.5 million for the provision of G Suite licences for the NSW Department of Industry.
Aside from the ICT panel, Dialog is also one of the providers on the Department of Defence information communication and technology provider panel arrangement along with names such as ASG Group, Araza, DXC Technology and DWS.
Dialog Information Technology was established in 1979 and is part of the Dialog Group.
Dialog Group owns other businesses including Sydney-based Access HQ, a quality assurance and software testing company; Catapult BI, a business insight and data management consultancy; multi-media company Icemedia; Moonwalk, a data management company and Lynx IT, an IT services provider and Microsoft partner.
