Mimecast has acknowledged the efforts of its channel partners in Australia and New Zealand at its third annual Mimecast Partner Awards.
The awards were determined on a number of criteria, which included strategic alignment, the delivery of customer outcomes, financial performance and growth.
Brennan IT won the customer excellence award and champion of the year went to the MSP's national SAM and software licensing sales specialist Sonia Vadera.
Dimension Data Australia was awarded the elite and premier partner of the year award for the second year in a row, Data#3 won the certified partner of the year award while Trident Computer Services’ strong year-on-year growth won the MSP the rising star award.
Datacom was acknowledged as the cloud provider’s legendary partner of the year for its customer acquisition efforts.
In the individual awards category, Adam Barker, managing director of SecureWare, won technical champion of the year.
Partners also had the chance to nominate a Mimecast partner advocate of the year, which went to the cloud provider’s Hayden Fenn, business development manager.
Craig McGregor, recently appointed channel director for Mimecast, added the winners and finalists have all helped drive business growth together.
“We’re in a customer-driven industry and our partners have demonstrated great outcomes in the past year. I’m really looking forward to supporting their businesses in the year ahead,” McGregor said.
