OVHcloud, the subsidiary of cloud provider OVH, has announced its partner program is now available internationally, including in Australia.

The program consists of two tiers – partner and advanced partner.

Resellers and services providers looking to join up as a partner to sell or recommend OVH products will receive a non-exclusive partner agreement, training and access to webinars, sales and technical publications and an exclusive newsletter.

Meanwhile, those looking to integrate OVH further into their business offering will receive, in addition to the partner benefits, access to a periodical OVHcloud Partner Academy training program for more in-depth knowledge of OVHcloud products, dedicated and customised support, a dedicated local account manager and participation in round-tables for sharing road-maps and feedback.

Partners will also be included in the upcoming OVH Partner Directory where businesses and users can look for resellers or service providers based on geographical location and expertise. The directory is expected to be available by the end of 2019.

Capgemini and Deloitte are two of the first businesses to be included in the partner program in Australia.

Benoît Amet, head of the OVHcloud partner program, said that the aim of bringing the partner program out globally is to help OVH and its partners increase their growth through multiple touchpoints from the cloud provider’s team of experts.

“Our aim is to provide our partners with all the tools required to develop offerings that match their customers’ needs, but also to increase efficiency to deal with technical issues and ensure the best customer satisfaction,” Amet said.

Sylvian Rouri, chief sales officer at OVH, reiterated the fact that the partner program is based on a non-exclusivity agreement.

“Full freedom is therefore ensured for our partners who wish to develop multi-cloud projects for their customers,” he said. “As a pure player of infrastructure-as-a-service, OVH is proud to grow with a rich ecosystem of partners, empowered with all the skills required to deploy and maintain our services for their end customers.”
