Microsoft, Micro Focus, UiPath among those given the nod by the integrator

DXC Technology has revealed its top vendors in Australia and New Zealand at the fourth annual DXC Technology Partner Advisory Council Awards.

Out of 95 submissions, those who won were those who had the largest positive impact when assisting clients, according to a statement by the end-to-send services firm.

Partner of the Year went to to Microsoft for its overall success with DXC Technology in the last year, working closely with multiple teams at DXC Technology and making significant investments in growing their partnership.

Meanwhile, New Zealand Partner of the Year went to Micro Focus for its efforts to grow the firm’s partnership in the New Zealand market.

Emerging Partner of the Year went to UiPath for a new DXC partnership that saw strong engagement and growth in over the last year. Meanwhile, Amazon Web Services (AWS) took out the Cloud Partner of the Year award for a cloud-related partnership, and HPE won Industry Partner of the Year for working closely with DXC Technology on an industry vertical through a joint pursuit.

Dell Technologies was awarded New Logo Partner of the Year for its collaboration with DXC Technology to win a new logo within the past year; SAP won Digital Transformation Partner of the Year for securing and delivering a new logo in the digital transformation space; and Oracle took out the Social Impact Partner of the Year award for their work with DXC to win a new logo that had a community or corporate social responsibility element.

Additionally, DXC partners awarded DXC employees David Harrison and Kevin Jury as DXC Partner Champion of the Year for their work advocating for a partnership to the point of "going above and beyond the scope of their role", according to a statement from DXC.

Seelan Nayagam, managing director of DXC Technology in Australia and New Zealand said DXC was “better together with our partners -- delivering the right solutions to address our clients’ critical business challenges".

"I want to extend our heartiest congratulations to the winners of the 2019 DXC Technology Partner Advisory Council Awards,” Nayagam said. 

“Every entry showcased the strength of our joint capabilities, and the winners stood out for their ability to realise the true promise of digital transformation.”
