M.Tech brings Vormetric to A/NZ

IT security distributor, M.Tech, has added US-based data security vendor, Vormetric, to its product line-up.

Vormetric’s product suite includes data firewall capabilities, granular access controls, advanced encryption and key management, security intelligence integration, and deployment and automation tools and capabilities.

Under the agreement, M.Tech will help develop new business across A/NZ for the vendor through recruiting and supporting resellers.

“As more of our resellers and customers are migrating their environments to virtual and cloud, they are recognising the inherent security issues in these technologies,” M.Tech country manager, Paul Lim, said. “Adding Vormetric to our portfolio will enable us to provide them with comprehensive solutions for protecting their data.”

Vormetric vice president of worldwide channel operations, Michael Coffield, said M.Tech was a strong regional distributor in Australia that demonstrated the ability to bring new technology to market and develop a reseller channel.
