MYOB announces partnership with Retail Zoo

AccountRight Live software deployed to assist financial management, bookkeeping

Retail Zoo has adopted MYOB software for use in its three subsidiaries, Boost Juice, Salsa’s Fresh Mex and Cibo Espresso.

MYOB said that Retail Zoo, which has a network of more than 370 stores and 185 franchise partners, chose to employ its AccountRight Live software to up-skill new and existing franchisees in financial management and streamline its bookkeeping processes through the Cloud accounting software.

The services that are accessible through the new partnership include: a financial management training program delivered by the MYOB and Retail Zoo national roadshow; tailored on-boarding for new and existing franchisees; two free online training modules; access to online seminars for AccountRight Live; dedicated support from MYOB bookkeepers along with ‘ready-to-go’ AccountRight Live that offers a customised chart of accounts for consistency in bookkeeping across each store.

Retail Zoo chief executive officer (CEO), Scott Meneilly, said, “This alliance with MYOB offers real support to our franchise partners. We are setting a benchmark in the franchise sector by introducing a business education program to empower our network to be highly successful multi-store owners. Working together means we can provide a tailored solution that makes the finance side of running a franchise even easier.”

Samantha Aad, of Boost Juice’s Lake Haven location, claims the software has led to time and cost savings by streamlining the finance function of the business. She also said it has served as a quality resource from a planning perspective as it has enabled the business to organise comprehensive budgets to support future growth.
