Dicker Data (ASX:DDR) has ended its distribution agreements with Arcserve and Cloud Recover.

The company said its distribution agreement with Arcserve will cease on Friday, 18 November 2016, and its arrangement with Cloud Recover will end on Wednesday, 8 November 2016.

Arcserve came onto the Dicker Data roster following the company’s acquisition of Express Data in February 2014 - the distributor has had Cloud Recover on its books for the last two years.

"We are officially terminating our distribution agreements with both Arcserve and Cloud Recover to enable us to fully focus on our Veritas and StorageCraft relationships," Dicker Data COO, Vlad Mitnovetski, said,

“The combined revenue impact by removing both Arcserve and Cloud Recover will be under 0.1 per cent.

“Our relationships with Veritas and Storagecraft are delivering material year-on-year growth from both a revenue and profitability perspective, and with the increased commitment and focus we’re now offering to these vendors, we’re expecting that trend to continue.”

The distributor will continue its relationship with CA Technologies, from which the Acserve brand was spun out of two years ago.

Dicker Data added that it will be assisting partners with their business during the transition period.
