The trip to HPE’s Singapore factory and centre for excellence is an incentive offered to the highest performing partners in the Arrow APEX channel program. Despite being the “reward tier” of the program, Arrow and HPE built it into the overall channel program as an opportunity for partners to gain valuable insights and information otherwise unavailable in Australia. This would help make partners more effective across the entire sales cycle domestically.

This is all part of Arrow and HPE’s strategy to skill and provide dedicated businesses with a higher skilled workforce that make them more effective from pre-sales to post implementation support.
