Its new “At Your Side Partner Program” helps you grow your business more profitably by working with you to identify new opportunities, providing access to a range of Brother sales, technical and marketing resources, and access to exclusive pricing.
There are financial opportunities to reward sales staff for great performance, as well as support for channel partners’ marketing costs, sharper pricing, and deal registration/bid opportunities. Brother encourages channel partners to sign up and their Account Manager will then provide full details of the financial support available.

Registered Partner Program participants also benefit from having access to extensive Brother training resources. By being a Brother Partner and attending training sessions, you can become Certified by Brother. This can elevate you above your competitors – especially in the context of lucrative corporate sales opportunities where customers are looking for next-level product knowledge and the ability to design solutions to business requirements.
Marketing that works
Brother grants Partner Program participants access to marketing assets owned by Brother, which includes branding, logos, creative assets and demand-generating tools. Brother Partners are also promoted by Brother on its “Where to Buy” website page.
Special support can be requested for Marketing Development Funds to promote your business through a range of advertising and other marketing activities.
Grow revenue sustainably

This opportunity is particularly strong in the Managed Print Services (MPS) space, where Partners manage the total printing and imaging supply and service needs for clients. Using Brother’s BRAdmin software, you receive monitoring from clients’ devices and proactively ship supplies and perform service with minimal interaction from the customer.
As ARN previously reported, demand for MPS is very strong in Australian small to medium business. Brother’s research shows that more than 50% of businesses are interested in engaging a partner to manage some or all of their in-house printing and imaging needs. The larger the organisation, the bigger the interest in a MPS contract – 73% of businesses with more than 250 people are interested, though the low upfront costs of an MPS solution makes them equally attractive for smaller businesses.
