Trend Micro and its partners kicked off the year with a bang at two partner networking evenings in Melbourne and Sydney. The partner evenings, held at the Mon Bijou Penthouse in Melbourne and The Ivy Penthouse in Sydney, offered partners an informal opportunity to celebrate the year ahead and network with the Trend Micro channel team. Trend Micro unveiled its 2016 road map on the evening, along with new partner benefits and rewards available to its partners this year. The company also launched its new partner portal. EXCLUSIVE: IN PICTURES - ShoreTel A/NZ's Christmas party (+26 photos)
ShoreTel recently brought together its A/NZ channel partners at the Kirribilli Club at Sydney’s Lavender Bay for an update on the company’s regional and global strategy. The event featured presentations from ShoreTel’s chief marketing officer, Mark Roberts; Asia-Pacific vice-president and managing director, Frédéric Gillant; and A/NZ managing director, Jamie Romanin. A highlight of the event was ShoreTel’s inaugural A/NZ partner awards, with Flexnet, One Solution, Telstra, Reliance Communications, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Aerus Technologies all recognised for their achievements in 2015. The formal proceedings were followed up with ShoreTel’s Christmas party, giving partners the opportunity to celebrate a successful year with the vendor.

The company took its Australian partners on a trip to the Forbidden City, where they learnt of the history behind the Chinese imperial palace. IN PICTURES: Veeam ProPartner Conference 2013
Virtualisation and software vendor, Veeam, recently held its ProPartner Conference 2013 in Sydney where it took the opportunity to provide its partners with business insights, announced changes to its channel partner program and awarded its top performing A/NZ partners for 2012. After the formal conference was over, Veeam, its staff, as well as the partners enjoyed drinks and canapes to celebrate their success for 2012.

Themed the Seven Deadly Sins, Cisco hosted a party for its staff and partners to see off Cisco Live! 2013 with a blast. The lavish event had plenty of sins/delights to indulge in - from a money machine booth, Lamborghini, ice-cream trays, a video area with beanbags to laser tag. All this and more to a cool soundtrack as the Irish-Australian group, Potbelleez, rocked the house throughout the night.
