RingCentral currently has five High-Performing Partners in Australia. This elite designation recognises exceptional sales performance and technical capability in enterprise cloud communication and collaboration solutions. These partners have access to exclusive materials, along with customised benefits allowing them to better serve RingCentral customers, including increased training, support, and resources.
RingCentral operates a referral-based partner model, its Channel HarmonyTM: One to Infinity Program. Under this program, RingCentral awards partners 100 percent commissions on MRR, regardless of deal size or sales effort, paid over the lifetime of the service. RingCentral also offers its IGNITE! Partner Program, which enables qualifying partners to manage the sales process end-to-end for opportunities for organisations of up to 400 employees when selling RingCentral’s cloud communications solutions. Ignite Certified partners are able to provide quotes, access a dedicated remote team for sales support, and have the ability to close deals with higher sales incentives. For larger, more complex deals, partners will continue to leverage RingCentral’s Channel Harmony program for complete RingCentral sales resources. RingCentral Partners also have the opportunity to attend regular in-person and virtual sales enablement and technical certification training sessions, and partners are provided with lead generation and business development support for customer events, telemarketing and email nurture campaigns.
RingCentral offers additional Australian channel opportunities for Avaya partners, with its Avaya Cloud Office by RingCentral solution, and for Unify Office by RingCentral partners with its team collaboration and communications service. https://www.ringcentral.com.au/partner/overview.html
The RingCentral partner program recognises four levels of achievement based primarily on sales revenues: Preferred, Premium, Premier, and Platinum. While each tier is more difficult to attain than the last, partners that do so unlock greater rewards at each level. Membership benefits include discounts on RingCentral Office and Contact Centre for the partner’s own business use (up to 100%, taxes not included), exclusive events, unique quarterly competitions and prizes, and executive-level support.
In addition to these partner tiers, the RingCentral High-Performing Partners Program rewards elite partners for their exceptional performance.
RingCentral Office Certified Delivery Partner (CDP) Certification: authorises RingCentral Channel Partners to implement RingCentral Office (RCO). The CDP Certification training course can take the form of either a virtual instructor-led program or an online self-paced curriculum. CDP Certification requires partners to have at least two trained resources to remain compliant with certification, and it means that partners can expand the scope of RCO standard packages and offer differentiated services to their customers. Additionally, this certification requires partners to support all of their implementation activities including number porting, network assessments, planning and design, basic install, and onsite activities.
Westcon-Comstor, Tradewinds and Mia Distribution are Master Agents for RingCentral in Australia. Mia Distribution is also the local unified communications hardware fulfilment distributor for RingCentral.
Partners have the opportunity to attend regular sales enablement training sessions in Sydney and Melbourne with other locations based on demand. Self-paced online and virtual training sessions in sales enablement and technical certification are available, with bespoke training for individual partners also provided.
