Joshi appointed as SonicWall country manager A/NZ

Network security provider, SonicWall, has recently appointed Sandeep Joshi as its country manager for A/NZ.

The appointment reflects SonicWall’s growth strategy for the region, which is being sustained by the establishment of additional new senior sales and technical roles and the progress of its Aventail enterprise solutions.

Joshi’s short term aim is to hire suitable candidates for the positions and his core focus is to further drive company revenue growth in the enterprise market and extending its partner base throughout A/NZ.

Prior to the appointment, Joshi was business manager for security offerings at Datacom Australia, where he was accountable for strengthening company security solutions and service offerings.

He previously established and ran his own IT distribution company.

Joshi also served as managing director for Pointsec-Checkpoint Australia and held a senior role with Sophos and Baltimore Technologies.
