Broadband Solutions offers unified solution for hotel phone and web access

Broadband Solutions developed an IP-based PABX framework for hotels that enables staff and guests make phone calls and access the internet.

The IP network provider services business clients exclusively. The company said its new solution is offered through a single fibre connection, which it claims offers exceptional speed alongside high quality voice and video calls.

Broadband Solutions managing director, Sam Bashiry, spoke about the hotel in western Sydney that was the first to purchase the service.

“We approached Atura with the offer of a one-stop shop solution that included Internet, PABX, and a telco provider all-in-one. The approach has worked amazingly well and we are expecting more and more properties to adopt the technology as they realise the huge benefits on offer,” he said.

Bashiry described the approach as completely new that can deliver services in a “very cheap manner.”
