According to a statement from Datacom, it will be use Altiris as its IT management tool and utilise Xstrata’s existing IT infrastructure.

The deal comes on the back of Datacom reporting a a 35 per cent increase in year-on-year revenue and a 9.5 per cent lift in profit after tax.
