Leader has signed an Australian distribution agreement with IT management technology provider Atera.
As a result of the agreement, Leader partners will get access to Atera’s helpdesk, ticketing, remote monitoring and management solutions.
Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Israel, Atera supplies a platform to help managed service providers (MSP) handle IT automations, patch management, scripting, ticketing and reporting.
According to the provider, the platform uses artificial intelligence (AI) to cut down resolution time and deliver efficient outcomes.
Theo Kristoris, managing director of Leader, said the distributor's partners would be able to access the platform through Leader Cloud.
"Atera has made a name for itself in the IT channel with their comprehensive IT management solutions," he said. "With digital transformation picking up speed like never before, there’s a growing need for efficient IT management solutions. Atera stands out from the crowd with their platform."
Omer Fuchs, head of partnerships and alliances at Atera, said the company was excited to "welcome Leader into our family of cloud distribution partners in Australia".
"We’re confident that our partnership with Leader will support our business objectives well into
the future and we look forward to working closely with the dedicated team at Leader to make our partnership a huge success.”
Fuchs said that Atera would work with Leader marketing, training and support to provide partners access to resources and program benefits geared to help them "generate recurring revenues through Atera IT management cloud service offerings".
Leader also bolstered its support for MSPs by signing an agreement with professional services automation (PSA) platform HaloPSA in September.
