Nextgen Distribution has partnered with Violin Memory, a maker of flash-based storage systems to help it expand in Australia and New Zealand.
Violin Memory makes flash-based storage systems that address the high performance needs of datacentres and IT requirements of business critical applications, virtualised environments and Big Data solutions in enterprise data centres.
With Big Data and Cloud, many businesses are increasingly looking for solutions to turn information into real time insights and to work with new virtualised infrastructure models.

Founded in 2005, the US-based Violin Memory’s products include Violin Memory Arrays, a line of NAND Flash server-based PCIe cards, in partnership with Toshiba. It also offers flash within the entire enterprise environment that are both server side and network-based.
Nextgen’s works with a range of niche products and vendors that include Oracle, A10 Networks, Arista Networks, Objectivity, V3 Systems and Imation.
