Business IT consultant Panviva has partnered Mulesoft to develop its latest incarnation of SupportPoint Cloud.
The company has embedded Mulesoft's Anypoint Platform at the core of SupportPoint as part of its new microservices architecture.
Panviva chief information officer (CIO), Ben Cordeiro, said customers viewed SupportPoint as a must-have application for its ability to drastically lower costs and improve both the customer and employee experience.
"MuleSoft provides the integration platform for SupportPoint Cloud, with impressive, feature rich functionality that will help our clients connect front office and back office systems and deliver the right information to their staff so that they can perform their job right – first time, every time,” he said.
According to a company statement, the Anypoint Platform helps SupportPoint Cloud to connect to virtually any other application and make it easy for users to integrate SupportPoint Cloud with other products and standards, including Microsoft SharePoint, Documentum, HL7, CMIS, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce and Zendesk.
Together with Sixtree, an Australian software integration consultancy, MuleSoft has provided Panviva with a complete integration. Cordeiro said Mulesoft's powerful platform allowed greater customisation.
"It provides for rapid deployment and greater flexibility," he said.
