Microsoft has named the winners and finalists of its 2015 Partner of the Year Awards.

Melbourne-based solutions provider, Readify, was named Australian partner of the year and also got the nod for application lifecycle management partner of the year.

The application lifecycle management (ALM) partner of the year award recognises an ALM partner who excels in providing innovative and superior services that increase speed of deployment or implementation of Microsoft Visual Studio and Azure.

Readify managing director, Graeme Strange, said the two highly coveted awards spoke to the amazing work the company had done.

“These awards reassure me that we are a quality business, we are in the right space for the future and that we are making an important difference with our customers as they seek to innovate with software,” Strange said.

“One global award is exciting – getting two leaves me speechless. Both awards speak directly to the great work we have been doing in demonstrating to our customers that there is a right way to go about delivering software projects and that we are indeed experts in successful software innovation and delivery. I’m very proud of everyone in the Readify team that contributed to making this happen.”

Melbourne-based Cloud consultancy firm, Kloud Solutions, was awarded the 2015 productivity partner award.

Kloud Solutions managing director, Nicki Bowers, said the company was thrilled to be recognised for its ongoing work with Office 365.

“This award is testament to our hardworking team and all of our customers who entrust us with ensuring a safe and prosperous journey to the Cloud,” she said.

The company was also announced as one of three finalists worldwide for the enterprise mobility suite partner of the year award. It honours partners that have displayed outstanding growth in deploying enterprise mobility suite, demonstrating innovation with the three components of EMS (Microsoft Azure Active Directory Premium, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Azure Rights Management).

Winners and finalists will be recognized at the 2015 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference taking place July 12–16, 2015, in Orlando, Florida.

This year, Microsoft recognized partners in 43 categories including Cloud technology, public sector, citizenship, sales excellence.

More than 2300 entries were collected from 108 different countries worldwide. Microsoft said the award finalists and winners were selected from a group of nominations based on their commitment to customers, their solution’s market impact and exemplary use of Microsoft technologies.

Microsoft Worldwide Partner Group corporate vice president, Phil Sorgen, said the winners and finalists honored the firm’s top partners that demonstrated excellence in providing solutions and value to mutual customers.

“This year’s award winners and finalists are among the most innovative our partner ecosystem has to offer. Congratulations to each winner on this incredible achievement,” he said.
