Australian managed service provider, mcr Computer Resources, has become the newest member of Cisco’s Gold Certified Partner program.
The program validates a partner’s technology skills, business practices, customer satisfaction, presales and post-sales support capabilities through a third-party audit process.
During the process, mcr achieved Cisco specialisations in enterprise networks architecture, security architecture, collaboration architecture, and IP Net-Generation Network architecture.
Based upon the program’s specialisations, the vendor also recognised mcr’s competence in deploying solutions based on Cisco technologies and services. As part of this, the MSP has integrated Cisco Hybrid IT, the resale of Cloud and managed services, into its offerings.
mcr Computer Resources chief executive, Sam Vakili, said, “The Cisco Gold Certification reinforces our role as a trusted technology advisor, allowing us to help our customers accelerate growth and profitability, gain and keep a competitive advantage, and stay at the edge of the latest technology.”
The certification has provided mcr with access to sales, technical, lifecycle services training and support available from Cisco.
