Business technology solutions provider Data#3, has announced that non-executive director Glen Boreham will step down.
Boreham has been on Data#3's board since 2011.
"It has been a pleasure to assist Data#3 with its strategic transition over the past four years, and to work with a dedicated and talented team of people. I think now is the appropriate time for me to step down from the Data#3 board to allow me more time to focus on my other board appointments and commitments," he said.
Boreham also sits on the board of Cochlear, Southern Cross Austereo, and is chairman of Advance, and on the University of Technology Sydney's Industry Advisory Board, and Business School Advisory Board. He was managing director of IBM A/NZ from 2006-2011.
Data#3 chairman Richard Anderson thanked Boreham for his service, and is in the process of recruiting a new director. It will be making an announcement in the coming months.
