Data#3 appoints Leanne Muller as non-executive director
Business technology solutions provider, Data#3 (ASX:DTL), has appointed Leanne Muller to its board of directors. Muller will hold the position of non-executive director.
Her appointment is effective from February 26.
“Data#3 is a great Australian success story. I am delighted to join Data#3’s board of directors and look forward to playing a part in its future success,” she mentioned.
During her 30 year business career, Muller has held senior corporate financial management roles, and will extend her experience into this new endeavor of hers.
She is also the non-executive director of Guide Dogs Queensland, a role she has been in for more than 10 years, and is also on the board of QInsure. She is also an external specialist member of the audit, risk, and compliance committee of QSuper.
She has previously served as the group chief financial officer of RACQ for six years. Before that, she was the general manager of finance at Uniting Care Queensland for more than a year. She has also worked in professional advisory services for antecedent firms of PwC and KPMG.
Muller also worked at Energex as its chief financial officer for eight years.
