Logicalis has launched a new suite of Cloud services as a direct result of its acquisition of Thomas Duryea.
The services provide consumption of datacentre, networking/security, business video and collaboration services.
Logicalis services director, Stan Sotiropoulos, said the services give customers more choice, flexibility, and greater access to digital platforms, as well as a faster time to delivering business results.
“Being able to access the latest in Cloud IaaS at the touch of a button, accelerate business collaboration, or even deploy large enterprise class networks through Cloud services is bringing in a new era of business aligned IT services,” he added.
The company has launched new virtual private datacentre environments based on VMware or Microsoft HyperV, which include a choice of performance and capacity in compute and storage, workloads and a roadmap of connectivity options for public Cloud services.
Another new service introduced is Logicalis Meridian, a catalogue of Cloud solutions provided through a single distribution, billing and analytics platform.
The platform also offers free billing and analytics services. Logicalis said Meridian allows customers to procure and manage public Cloud services, including AWS, Azure and OpenStack, through an online procurement portal.
It combines Cloud procurement capabilities with cloud management and governance tools, that enable you to adopt and utilise Cloud services while reducing associated risks.
Managed Network through Cisco Meraki is another new service which offers a 24x7 service and removing the burden of resource intensive network management for customers with the ability to scale.
Finally, the reseller has introduced Cisco WebEx Meetings-as-a-Service, offering the program across different platforms and devices. The company said the solution provides a comprehensive, complementary service to Logicalis’ existing collaboration suite.
Logicalis added that the new offerings were targeted at independent software vendors and the evolving business demands of enterprise customers.
