Data management solutions company, Informatica, has appointed Pernix as its channel partner for South Australia, making the state the first for the company to be driven by a 100 per cent channel approach.
Through its relationship with global firm, the Cullinan Group, Pernix expertise lies in enterprise transformation via a data-driven approach.
Pernix provides services that span business consultation through to concept execution, using technology to underpin data integration, visualisation, and data-driven business decision making.
“The partnership allows us to compete as a smaller brand in a market that is ripe for disruption,” explained Pernix managing director, Jarrad Taylor.
“There is a strong future with Informatica's real-time Big Data management solution that will offer us a real differentiator in the market. We now add cloud-ready enterprise platforms to our solutions capability,” he added.
According to Pernix and Cullinan Group president, Wayne Cullinan, there is a strong opportunity to leverage the partnership to help South Australian government, and utilities and enterprise clients solve data-driven challenges using the Informatica platform.
“Pernix has the credibility to deliver choice to the market, drive innovation, and provide leadership to clients embarking on a digital transformation. This partnership allows us to take Informatica’s cloud data management solutions to a market which is looking for change and a fresh approach,” said Cullinan.
Informatica partner development manager, Jacob van der Eyk, said the new partnership reflects the company’s “partner-first approach”.
“The partnership brings a stable, locally-based relationship to Informatica and adds a strong team of innovators and thought leaders in bringing cloud initiatives to market,” he added.
