ServiceNow powers up Infoview's new life cycle management offering

Aims to target more than 50 existing Australian Government and enterprise organisations with the new solution

Data analytics and former PwC business, Infoview, has rolled out a life cycle management solution for large-scale business expense that includes telecommunications, fleet and fuel and accommodation.

Powered by ServiceNow, the solution aims to provide more than 50 existing Australian Government and enterprise organisations with the option for a partially or fully outsourced expense management solution.

Specifically, ServiceNow directly interfaces into Infoview’s Oneview expense management portal to manage provisioning, track customer service delivery progress and seek assistance. In addition, Infoview’s analytics enable clients to perform activities such as contract compliance, auditing and cost control activity increasing efficiencies.

Infoview said it has already rolled this solution out to several key enterprise clients across the eastern seaboard and is looking to extend its reach over the coming months.

Infoview managing director, Sue Colclough, said the services on offer extend well beyond bill analysis to asset and inventory management, reporting, and advice about contract renewals.

“The power of an up-to-date inventory tracked in real time cannot be under estimated. It’s this visibility that will give our clients the control they need to make informed business decisions to optimise services and ultimately save money,” she added.

Colclough also mentioned that when it comes to managing telecommunications spending, with ServiceNow, Infoview is able to interface directly with business systems to capture orders in close to real-time.

“We’ve seen a reduction in time spent on repeatable requests in some instances by as much as 75 per cent, saving a lot of manual data handling at both ends depending on the terms of the agreement and improving time to solution.”

ServiceNow A/NZ managing director, David Oakley, said Infoview is a great example of a company that is revolutionising customer service delivery with technology.

“We’re excited to work with them as they continue to transform their business and take a service-led approach to customer service management, helping local customers like Virgin Australia, Aurizon and Flight Centre Australia improve the way they work,” he added.

Infoview isn’t the only company to build part of its business around ServiceNow. Most recently, ValueFlow IT also spoke out about its partnership with the vendor, addressing the value propositions that ServiceNow brings to the table.
