Melbourne partner pitches in on Baby Bunting digital transformation

Loud&Clear claims Google, Acquia and Tealium, along with Sitecore, among its vendor partners

Melbourne enterprise technology provider Loud&Clear is partnering up with Sitecore to support the digital transformation efforts of publicly-listed nursery retailer Baby Bunting (ASX:BBN).

Loud&Clear claims Google, Acquia and Tealium, along with Sitecore, among its vendor partners. It is working on the integration side of the project, which sees Sitecore roll out its Experience Commerce 9 cloud-enabled e-commerce platform for the specialty baby goods retailer.

As one of Australia’s largest specialty baby goods retailers, Baby Bunting has been driving significant growth online, thanks to investments in mobile, customer relationship management and engagement technologies.

As such, the company looked to the Sitecore Experience Commerce 9 solution as a key part of its efforts to create a frictionless customer experience across both its store and online environments into the future.

“Our website re-platforming project is a strategically critical project for Baby Bunting,” Baby Bunting CEO and managing director Matt Spencer said. “It is intended to provide us with a step change in our channel, delivering greater sales and more content to a highly engaged customer base.

“We have selected Sitecore as our partner for this very significant investment. Sitecore will be assisting us to drive a truly engaging customer experience and to provide our customers with improved service, expert advice, great quality and value across our online and retail presences,” he said.

For Baby Bunting’s head of digital and IT Cameron Rosel, Sitecore – along with the help of Loud&Clear – will give the retailer the tech boost it needs to bolster its online action.

“Sitecore will allow us to deliver engaging content and experiences for our customers at every stage of their journey as parents or parents-to-be and it will support our growing multichannel content strategy,” Rosel said.

“Sitecore’s ability to integrate into our Microsoft Dynamics CRM ensures that we deliver the right offer to the right person on the right device at the right time,” he said.
