Unified communications (UC) and video conferencing distributor Auroz has signed a deal to offer Sennheiser wired and wireless headsets in Australia.
Through the deal, Sennheiser will have access to Auroz partner ecosystem of approximately 1,000 resellers.
"Sennheiser presents a great opportunity for Auroz," said Jason North, national sales manager at Auroz. "For many years our partners have known and relied on our expertise when configuring solutions for their customers."
"The product line-up presents as a compelling reason for customers to choose Sennheiser as their primary headset brand."
Auroz and Sennheiser have plans to launch a joint campaign to familiarise partners with the new product range. They also have a partner portal – due to launch in a few weeks – with access to demonstration equipment and deal registration.
Sennheiser recently launched a range of new products including the SDW5000 series of wireless headsets, the Corded SC100 series of USB Headsets designed for large scale UC deployments. The vendor also added the SP30 Speakerphone, featuring Bluetooth and USB connectivity, to its range of speakerphones.

Auroz also has distribution agreements with Audiocodes, Kuando, Poly, Silex Pro and Starleaf.
The distributor was established in 2006 in Seven Hills, NSW, to facilitate the distribution of Plantronics headsets and audio products, later becoming the "leading Plantronics distributor in the Australian region".
