Brennan IT partners with AvePoint

Integrates SharePoint solutions and consulting services

Brennan IT has partnered with Cloud software provider, AvePoint, to integrate the two company’s solutions and consulting services related to Microsoft SharePoint.

The partnership will provide products and services to SharePoint customers for on-premise, Cloud and hybrid deployments.

Brennan IT Practice Director for Business Solutions, Philip Scott, told ARN the partnership allowed the reseller to circumvent some of the limitations inherent in SharePoint.

“Brennan IT has a very strong Microsoft practice, we do a lot of work with SharePoint. There are certain capabilities and customer requirements related to SharePoint that require third party partnerships, like we have with AvePoint. Those more complex requirements mean you need to reach out to get additional toolsets.”

“For example, we have a large enterprise customer currently in the process of migrating to SharePoint that requires very specialised tools. AvePoint has the capability and flexibility in its tool sets to migrate data sets across to SharePoint.”

AvePoint chief executive A/NZ, Garth Luke, said organisations are looking for ways to increase productivity, competitiveness and innovation.

“With this partnership, Australian businesses will have access to AvePoint’s best-in-class SharePoint and SharePoint Online solutions paired with the expert local support that only Brennan IT can provide.”

AvePoint is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2001 with 13,000 customers. The firm is privately held and backed by Goldman Sachs and Summit Partners.
