Aconex signs on Fluor as customer
Cloud and mobile collaboration company, Aconex (ASX:ACX), has signed an enterprise agreement with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company, Fluor.
As per the agreement, that lasts for three years, Fluor will implement Aconex for project information and process management across its business units and new projects worldwide.
In a statement on the ASX, Fluor said the terms of the agreement provides the company with flexibility to scale usage over time as new projects and users are added to the Aconex collaboration platform.
Aconex CEI, Leigh Jasper, said the enterprise agreement is a key milestone for the company as it has helped it successfully deliver projects across the infrastructure, oil and gas, and industrial sectors in the US, Australia, Middle East, and Africa.
“Now, we look forward to helping them drive continuous improvement in project performance throughout their organisation and project network.
“Converting project engagements to enterprise agreements with global EPCs significantly expands our market penetration and global user network. We look forward to supporting a broad range of Fluor projects under this agreement,” he added.
