Cloud video conferencing firm, BlueJeans Network, has significantly expanded its channel program to help drive further partner growth and profitability.

The new program aims to invest in expanding business with partners who include BlueJeans in unified communications solutions, or help customers migrate from legacy conferencing products.

Also, the program will provide additional benefits and incentives for partners who invest in skills and certifications in a bid to rapidly scale deployments of BlueJeans Rooms.

"We worked closely with our partners and listened to their feedback to build a program that extends beyond referrals to give partners more control and the ability to generate additional revenue and margin," said George Mogannam, CRO of BlueJeans.

According to Mogannam, BlueJeans Rooms, makes any room a smart, one-touch video, audio and web conferencing room.

"The goal is to establish a framework that leverages the best of BlueJeans and our partners, so the customer receives a solution that is a perfect fit for their organisation," he added.

Mogannam said partners were the key delivery vehicle for BlueJeans Rooms, which experienced 280 per cent revenue growth.

Under the expanded program, qualified partners will have access to strong margin opportunities; deal registration incentives and rebates based on targets.

BlueJeans investment is also investing in a new training and certification program; presales support; a partner advisory council and access to the BlueJeans partner portal featuring sales tools, deal registration and tracking.

On top of this, partners will receive market development funds; marketing qualified leads and marketing campaign assets.

The revamped program comes more than 12 months after BlueJeans unveiled a partnership with Ingram Micro across the Asia Pacific region.

Targeting local and regional resellers, the distribution agreement was designed to "significantly broaden" the availability of the BlueJeans solutions to customers across Asia Pacific through Ingram Micro.

As a result, the distribution giant now offers partners a suite of video solutions, including Primetime, onVideo, onSocial and Huddle Rooms.
