Trend Micro and its partners kicked off the year with a bang at two partner networking evenings in Melbourne and Sydney. The partner evenings, held at the Mon Bijou Penthouse in Melbourne and The Ivy Penthouse in Sydney, offered partners an informal opportunity to celebrate the year ahead and network with the Trend Micro channel team. Trend Micro unveiled its 2016 road map on the evening, along with new partner benefits and rewards available to its partners this year. The company also launched its new partner portal. Cisco is hosting its annual partner summit in San Diego this year and some of the company's C-level executives took to stage on day 1 to talk about its future plans. The A/NZ partners attending Cisco's annual Partner Summit were treated to a sit down dinner this year at San Diego. Partners mingled and shared laughs over food and drinks, and spoke about business and how Cisco's new solutions will aid their organisations.
